Akiro supported OCPP protocol allowing seamless communication with the EV charging infrastructure. A charging station service provider was able to collect the data from the charging units, view the live session activities, witness usage analytics per station, across stations and hierarchy of stations, further relate the sessions to payment activity, send instructions back to the device, measure energy consumed, facilitate payments, detect charging breakdown and perform analytics on the collected data.
